Contact customer service before returning an item. Return instructions are supplied after your request is reviewed.

1. Scope

These terms apply to consumer orders placed with Limerelle for delivery within the United Kingdom. The contractual seller is ALDERSTEEL LTD.

2. Products and availability

Key characteristics, variants, prices and images appear on each product page. Check your selected variant before ordering. Screen settings may cause slight colour differences, without limiting the requirement that goods match their description. Orders depend on availability; if we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue the appropriate refund.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are displayed and paid in GBP. The total price and any applicable charges are shown before you place the order. Standard UK delivery is free. You can review and correct the order before using the checkout control that confirms an obligation to pay. An order confirmation is then sent.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may vary by order, device or location. Enabled payment providers process payment data.

5. Cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation within two hours after ordering by providing your order number. Approval depends on processing status and is not guaranteed. This operational option is separate from your statutory cancellation rights.

6. Delivery

Delivery is limited to eligible UK addresses and follows our Shipping Policy. Risk normally passes when you, or a person identified by you, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

7. Returns and consumer rights

Our Refund Policy explains statutory cancellation and our 30-day commercial returns offer. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Website use

You must not use the website fraudulently, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, collect data without authority or infringe third-party rights. Use of the website does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

9. Liability and complaints

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Send complaints to support@limerelle.com.

10. Changes

The terms applying to an order are those accepted when it was placed. Later updates do not retrospectively alter an existing contract.
